ALL non-warranty product returns will be subject to an $85.00 Diagnostic bench fee. This fee applies to each individual returned item. If the repair(s) are approved, the $85.00 will be applied toward the repair(s) cost. In cases where repairs are not authorized after diagnosis, the customer will be responsible for the evaluation fee and will be given the option of having SCAN scrap the unit or return the unit to the customer with appropriate shipping charges associated.
